What's for Lunch?

I like to think that I eat relatively healthy. Here's one dish that I've been making a lot of at home when I need a light and delicious meal. Literally the easiest thing to make in 10 minutes. It's fulfilling and it doesn't leave you guilty and in regret.

These are ham, tomato and mozzarella crostinis drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette with rosemary. :)
